At 4.7RunCoaching, I offer personalized training programs tailored to your specific running, racing and fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, my expert guidance will help you reach new heights in your running journey.

I will program your runs on a basis that works for you. It can be done weekly, monthly or by the build phase you are in. We will communicate your progress each week and adapt the paces and speed training accordingly. Any adaptations needed along the way will be made to best suit you and your lifestyle/fitness level.
Strength training is something runners have shied away from in the past, but I am here to tell you that you can only benefit from becoming a stronger you! From running faster to injury prevention, a strength plan programmed into your running plan can help maximize the overall results.
Giving you options from an A, B, C goal standpoint on where you are when the hard work of training is over and you are mentally gearing up for race day.
Running requires dialing in nutrition for maximal benefits from your training. You can't drive a car that has no gas. The same goes for the body. Each runner has different fueling needs, but I m here to help you nail this down in training so there is no question come race day--and hopefully not potty stops!
It's not always easy to meet around the kiddos schedule, work meetings, and life, but I am available to connect online through the Vdot app, email, phone, messenger, you name it! I want to be there for you hen you need your coach (aka your biggest cheerleader!). I also will provide you with a weekly check-in to go over anything I may need to know to continue to progress you safely & effectively.
Training for a marathon is tough, but I am here to cheer you on every step of the way!
With month to month coaching, your payment comes out the day you begin coaching services and is billed monthly on that date each month.
